We provide free trial versions of all our software so you can test the features and compatibility with your system before committing to a purchase.
Part 1. License Policy
This License Policy governs the use of registration codes and software authorization provided by VidiKeep. By purchasing a license, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding the activation and usage of our software.
License Types
VidiKeep offers several licensing tiers to meet different user needs:
- Monthly License: Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Includes free updates and technical support for the duration of the subscription.
- Annual License: Valid for one year. Includes free updates and technical support.
- Lifetime License: A one-time purchase that provides access to the software for its lifetime, including all future updates and priority support.
Monthly and Annual plans are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted service. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting VidiKeep support. Once canceled, the software will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Device Limits & Activation
Each license is tied to a specific number of devices as stated during the checkout process.
- Single-User License: Allows the software to be activated on one computer only (Windows or Mac, depending on the version purchased).
- Platform Restriction: A Windows license key cannot be used to activate a Mac version of the software, and vice versa. Please ensure you select the correct operating system before purchasing. If you purchase the wrong version, you can contact our Support Team to modify it for you within one week.
License Retrieval & Transfer
- Lost Keys: If you lose your registration code, you can use our Retrieve License tool or contact support with your Order ID.
- Hardware Changes: If you replace your computer or re-install your operating system, you may need to reset your license. Contact our support team for assistance with license transfers to a new device.
All VidiKeep licenses are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute your license key to third parties. Any unauthorized distribution of license keys will result in the immediate termination of the license without a refund.
Part 2. Refund Policy
Money-Back Guarantee
VidiKeep offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee on our Annual and Lifetime plans, and a 14-day Money-Back Guarantee on Monthly plans. Refund requests within these periods will be honored if the request meets the "Accepted" criteria listed below.
Accepted Circumstances
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within a short period, we will refund the duplicate order.
- Wrong Product Swap: If you purchased the wrong software and then purchased the correct one from VidiKeep, we will refund the initial incorrect order.
- Fatal Technical Issues: If the software has a critical technical bug that our support team cannot resolve or provide a workaround for within a reasonable timeframe.
- License Not Received: If you did not receive your registration code within 24 hours of purchase, our self-service retrieval tool failed, and our support team did not respond within 24 hours of your inquiry.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not granted in the following situations:
- Changing your mind after purchase without a specific technical reason.
- Claiming a lack of features that were clearly absent in the trial version or described on the product page.
- Automatic renewal charges where the user failed to cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
- Price differences due to regional fluctuations or localized promotions.
- Refusal to cooperate with the VidiKeep support team by providing requested log files or error screenshots.
- Temporary service interruptions caused by third-party platform updates (e.g., Netflix or Disney+ changing encryption). We constantly update our software to match these changes.
- Issues caused by the user's own hardware, operating system, or unstable internet connection.
- Refund requests that exceed the 30-day (or 14-day) guarantee period.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers or physical stores.
Part 3. How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible and need to submit a refund request, we are here to help. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review the steps below to contact our support team and provide the necessary details for your claim.

Step 2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID, Purchase Email, and a detailed reason for the refund. For technical issues, please attach screenshots of the error.
Step 3. Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment processor.
Step 4. License Deactivation: Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license key will be disabled immediately. Please uninstall the software upon receiving your refund.
Part 4. Upgrade Policy
VidiKeep frequently releases updates to maintain compatibility with streaming platform changes (e.g., Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime). All functional updates are free for users for the duration of the subscription.
