How do I activate VidiKeep?

Enter your Licensed Email and Registration Code.
Click Register to unlock the full features instantly.

When will I receive my registration code?

In most cases, the code is delivered to your email immediately (usually within an hour) after payment confirmation.

How to fix an "Invalid Registration Code" error?

First, ensure you are using the correct version. Licenses are OS-specific and won't work across different VidiKeep versions. To avoid errors, we highly recommend copying and pasting the email and code directly from your confirmation message to avoid typos or extra spaces. If the issue persists after verifying the version, please contact our support team with your order ID for immediate assistance.

What if I didn't receive my code?

First, check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's still missing, use our Retrieve License Tool or contact our support team for instant help.

Can I use one license for both Windows and Mac??

No. The Windows and Mac versions are standalone products. To use VidiKeep on both operating systems, you will need to purchase a license for each platform.

What if I purchased the wrong version (e.g., Windows instead of Mac)?

If you realize the mistake within 7 days, contact us and we will switch your license for free. Alternatively, you can purchase the correct version and email us both Order IDs at support@vidikeep.com for a refund on the incorrect order.

What is the difference between the Free Trial and the Full Version?

The only difference is the download duration. The Free Trial allows you to download the first 3 minutes of any video to test the output quality and performance. The Full Version removes this limit, allowing for unlimited, high-speed downloads of full-length movies and entire TV seasons.

What streaming platforms does VidiKeep support?

VidiKeep supports six major streaming music sites, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, and Apple TV.

What are the system requirements for VidiKeep?

VidiKeep is compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8, and 7, as well as macOS 10.13 through the latest versions, including full support for Apple Silicon. To ensure smooth 1080P/4K downloads, we recommend at least a 1GHz processor, 4GB of RAM, and 200MB of installation space. A stable internet connection is required to access streaming platforms and activate your software.

How do I keep my software up to date?

You can update your VidiKeep Software to the latest version in two ways:

In-App: Open VidiKeep, click the "Menu" icon in the top-right corner, and select "Check for Updates."
Website: Visit the official VidiKeep product page to download and install the latest version.

Are software updates free?

Yes! We provide free lifetime updates to all registered users to ensure 100% compatibility with the latest streaming site changes.

Is it safe to log in to my streaming accounts within VidiKeep?

Yes. VidiKeep uses a built-in secure browser to access streaming platforms. Your login credentials are used strictly to authorize access to the video content for downloading and are never recorded or stored on our servers. Your personal information remains private and protected at all times.

Why did my video download fail?
